Alex in Wonderland by Jessica Freely

Blurb:
What can go wrong in a sex club? Plenty, as Alex discovers on his first visit to Wonderland.

Fresh out of a sexless relationship with a manipulative, two-timing boyfriend, Alex enters the notorious sex club, Wonderland, looking for action. Instead he winds up in one disastrous predicament after another. Between the inept dom, the malfunctioning steam room, and the “alien” go-go boy with glow-in-the-dark everything, it’s beginning to look like Alex will never get laid again. Then a mysterious masked man gives Alex the dance -- and the blowjob -- of his life, only to disappear again without a trace.

When the night is through, and the masks are cast aside, Alex will discover a passion that lasts far beyond one night in Wonderland.

Excerpt:
Alex stalked down the street, his hands shoved in his pockets, his head bowed. The bars and restaurants of the Castro overflowed with people laughing and talking. Couples strolled hand in hand, gazing into one another’s eyes. Two men paused to kiss under the awning of a bakery. They all lived in a different world from him. He walked alone—a silent, surly visitor from Planet Betrayal.
“Intimacy issues” his ass.
For three years Alex had been patient and understanding, giving Brian space, paying for his therapy. Three years without sex. Three years while Brian and his therapist fucked each other behind Alex’s back.
Now Alex was twenty-eight, and he’d wasted the prime of his young life waiting for something that was never going to happen. It was hard to figure out which was worse, the pain, the humiliation, or the accumulated horniness. He came to a stop on the street corner and stared at the neon sign across the street: Wonderland.
He’d heard about that place. It was a sex club.
A new and unfamiliar sense of freedom washed over him. He’d kicked Brian out. They were through. He could do whatever he wanted now.
What the hell was he waiting for?
